Moleskin (pre-cut)
multitool with scissors and tweezers
Altoids tin with gauzes and emergency contact info
bandages
wound closure strips
CPR face shield and Latex gloves (I'm a nice guy, but pray I don't have to do CPR on you; was it 15 and 2?)
antibiotic ointment
sterilizing wipies
cough drops
antihistamine
painkillers
iodine tablets for treating a quart of water each
matches and striker
and finally, oodles of duct tape wrapped around a fake credit card in my junk mail to facilitate a flat profile

Takes care of most minor first aid boo boos and has a little fire, emergency water treatment and gear repair goodies in there.

May I recommend a couple large handkerchefs or similar pieces of cloth, to serve as cravats, improvised slings, etc.?

The fake credit card can be used as part of a pressure bandage.
