A man wearing makeup, a wig, a dress and water balloons as breasts was arrested Tuesday after employees at a Warren factory saw the man approach the building with a hunting rifle, police said.

The 44-year-old man is being held in the Warren jail and is expected to be questioned this morning. Officials will determine whether charges will be filed against him.

"Dang - with all that, there must be somethin' illegal going on," commented one bemused officer.

Ironically, I could do that in MN, and be within the law, as long as I didn't have any cocaine on me, I mean.
