Excel Spreadsheet relaoding program?

Back several months ago i found and downloaded a program someone made which calculated how long it would take to pay off your initial investment in reloading gear and how much it costs to load a particular caliber. It used excel to run the program bu i cannot find it for the life of me. Anyone have this program?
The screen was broken up into 3 or four different sections and colors. There was a red, green and blue section. It was a nifty little program and well thought out.
