I have been glass bedding my 12 year old M77 MK II (.223 varmint/Target) in a new Boyd's Ross Featherweight (Forest Camo) Thumbhole stock. After getting the barrel channel opened up, I stripped everything out of the action, including the trigger mechanism. I was careful to take pictures and document everything along the way. Alas, I lost the Trigger Adj Spring. So, I have a fully glass bedded rifle with the trigger pull of a cheap shotgun
I called Ruger Customer Service to order the part, I was 12th in the call list, my call was answered in 15 min, considering lunch hour on a Mon, that was awesome. The best part, they sent me the part for nothing, zero, not even part's price or shipping Wow. That is service, way above and beyond.
Ruger, you will have my business for ever.
