New to me Smith 66

OK, I can't let BikeMutt have all the fun. Was perusing my LGS Saturday when a Model 66-1 Smith jumped into my hand . Despite my efforts, I couldn't pry it loose. The gun is probably 95%, has a set of Hogue grips and was a police trade in that rarely saw the light of day. I paid $430.00, not a screaming deal, not too bad.

I'm not smart enough to post pics, just expensive aeroplanes. I'm hoping an in flight emergency doesn't involve posting pictures on the internet.

Got a 66-2 in the mid 1980's for like $150, and a 66-5 a few years ago for $400. I really like the 66's.

Had one in my younger days, but I went through a 44 phase and traded it. Man, do I miss that 66.
