Today I met Ex-MA Hole and Devonai at the Manchester firing line. I brought a P99 in 9mm. Ex-MA Hole brought a P99, smith 642 & Walther P22. Devonai brought a Beretta Centurian in .40 and rented a Glock 10mm.

Who's that good lookin' bald guy in the flannel?!?!?!

Had a blast guys, thanks...

We'll have to do this again the the spring.

(P.S. FWIW- I'm not a "Glock person", but DAMN that 10mm was nice!!! Ok, mabye I'm becomming a little bit of a glock person...)

I'm glad I could meet more members of The High Road. Thanks to Jrob and Ex-MA Hole for the targets, ammo, and weapons! Double thanks to Ex for picking up most of the tab!

The Beretta was the .40 caliber conversion kit I picked up at CDNN last month. Fifty more rounds went through it with no malfunctions using the .40 cal magazine with the 9mm follower. Jrob and Ex out-shot me with it, though...

The 10mm Glock was the model 29 loaded with American Eagle 180 grain, which according to the box was 1050 fps. I know there is hotter 10mm out there, but this is hotter than most .40 in the same weight. Maybe it was my imagination but this load kicked less than my former Glock 30 with 230 grain .45. I think I'm beginning to understand why the 10mm has such a cult following!

Now I just have to resist the urge to trade my Glock 22 for a 20. :uhoh:
