    Arizona Territory
Probably no more so than in some of the other occupied territories where the residents of a large city...primarily democraps with their hands out...make the rules for the rest of the state.

I unfortunately live in NY and live in the city. It is almost impossible to own ANYTHING in NYC I happen to be a LEO in the state so I can get some wiggle room, but you can only apply for say a rifle/ shotgun permit in TWO locations in the city and ONLY on a Monday between 0800 -2000hrs. You can be denied because of PARKING VIOLATIONS :banghead:

Hi. I am 60 years old and have lived in NY State all my life. I have been an NRA life member since 1977, and also a member of SCOPE. Needless to say, we have been fighting these gun laws for a long time. There are litterally millions of gun owners in NY State, yet a very small percentage get involved to protect their rights. Guys spend thousands of dollars on guns but will not shell out $25 to join the NRA. We are loosing this battle. After years of writing letters, making phone calls, going to Albany, and trying to convince my hunting and shooting friends to get involved, I am growing tired and disgusted. I know many gun owners who don't even vote, but are quick to complain about corrupt politicians. All that is nessesary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. New York State proves this point.

You are so correct in this statement
my best hunting buddy his family as well as mine
have lost all respect for NY period
As of now we have all choose to sell our properties him a home and camp on an ADK lake
me a family home and my own which as some acreage within 2 Min's of one of the great lakes
We WILL be moving to a state that isn't so dumbacrat influenced as this state
if they would allow upper NYS to separate from NYC which folks have been trying to
get for along time the upper NYS would actually be a great place to live as long as
NYC and all its pocket lining were to be in prison where they belong..
great example look into why NYS hunters are not allowed crossbows
a long island politician who somehow controls the wildlife sub committee
and is very very much against them thanks to the NYBowhunters assoc. lining his pockets and not in secret either. It is quite well documented with just a few quick searches
    of NY game l

    Appears law is unconstitutional

If a law is found unconstitutional, it is not binding or further enforceable. my .02 and I am not a lawyer. I am glad I don't have to live there and its too bad the good citizens have to pool resources and money to fight this, but it appears that will be the only way it can be over turned. It sure appears this country is going further and deeper to red states and blue states.

    NE Illinois, just outside Gulag.
In Illinois, in the last 6 months ,we have gained a reasonable CCW law and can now add NFA SBR's to our stables. This all since the school shootings and done in the shadow of anti gun Chicago/Cook County. Far fewer sheep in Illinois than New York. You better get going, before they castrate you.
I'm a retired tradesman on a pension. In January I sent $500.00 each to the NRA ILA and the ISRA. Wrote letters and phoned my state reps many times and so did countless others in the gun rights coalitions here. You don't need me in NEW YORK, you need to collectively grow a pair and fight back, with all due respect.

If memory serves correctly DD's are legal in New York. I know of a couple Lahti's transferring in and at least one M203 transferring out. I also think DeWaT's are legal. (DeWaT being Deactivated War Trophy machineguns registered during the amnesty of 1968 or prior as unservicable firearms)
I know live MG's are not legal......
