With the Sig 556(550), Steyr Aug, FN F2000, SCAR, and XCR all coming out eventually, what other military style semi-autos would you like to see made available to civilian sale?

A 3/4 scale Browning BAR (the sporting rifle) in .223 would be a very cool rifle in my opinion, especially if it accepted AR magazines.

There could be two versions. One finished with the usual Browning bright polish bling, and a second in oiled walnut and parkerized steel ala the "real" BAR!

Either one would sell like hotcakes here in California.

+2, and maybe add .45 ACP to that list. Ruger managed 'reliable' and 'strong' with the PC9, but not necessarily appealing or inexpensive.

I would like to see Ruger make larger mags for the 99/44 than the small 4 rounders they have now. Heck, I would be happy with 10 round mags for it. The 99/44 would be a great bear gun if it had a little more ammo at the ready IMHO. Someone should make an adapter for Desert Eagle Magazines.

When I was writing the question I had certain rifles that I thought that people would desire, but I am pleasantly surprised at the rifles that some people want. I am very surprised how many of you want some rifles chambered in 7.62x25, which I think is a great idea.

I would like to see someone make a nice HK G41 copy, a Valmet 95, and just because I think they look cool the upgraded version of the SA80. I also would love to see an Ultimax 100 as well.

Wouldn't a semi-auto AN-94 be kinda pointless (actually, it wouldn't even be a real AN-94), seeing that it's recoil system is setup to fire 2 rounds at a time?
