Quasar/Starburst Ammunition

I was wondering if anybody has ever used this particular type of ammunition, I saw it in this "Firequest" catalog a few years ago, but I haven't seen it since, It's a type of Incendiary tracer round that uses a metallic compound to make a bright flash and a lot of sparks when it hits a target. It looks like it would be fun as hell to shoot, but I would be hesitant to use it due to fire hazards and such. Anybody know more about this type of ammo?
