Ranges in the DFW area

Are there any good public shooting ranges in the DFW/Arlington Texas area?

SE Fort Worth bordering Arlington there's a nice indoor range that I frequent.

If you live over on the West side, the Parker County Sportsmans Club is a very nice range with low annual dues.

I liked the Bullet Trap, an indoor range, in Plano.

Bass Pro Shop

Indoor range, in Grapevine. Clean, freshly re-done, well-run.

Elm Fork, outdoor. Lot of other options nearby.

tac-pro near stephenville is nice if you want to have a little freedom. they allow incendiary rounds, tracers, FMJ, and they have a 1000 yard .50 range.

Closest to Arlington/Ft Worth is the indoor range at Winchester Gallery.

The High Road DFW Shooters group (see my sig line) uses this range frequently for group shoots. We also now have access to a private range, PM me for information on joining that one. The private range is about 40 minutes from Arlington, but worth the trip. If you're going to be in the area a while, give us a shout.

There is also a range on the south side of Ft Worth called Alpine, but most of us steer clear of that place for safety reasons.

Those are the closest to Arlington. I live on the south side of Arlington, in Mansfield.
