RCBS Customer Service ROCKS

    Just wanted to drop these guys in for an attaboy. I purchased a used RCBS bench mounted priming tool off of ebay. It came missing a small priming rod, and broken small primer feed tube. I called RCBS and ordered both new parts, when I asked the guy the total he said "there's no total, we'll take care of it.." I said, "yeah, but I'm not the original owner, I bought this thing off ebay." He said, "like I said, we gotcha covered." All I can say is WOW, in this day and age that level of service is uncommon. Thanks guys.:)

    I think that they do this is because like the Maytag repair man they are probably lonely. I have been using their stuff for 30 years, and have never had to talk to them about problems with their gear. I once had to call for advice but that's it.
