Reference guide for 1911 recoil spring weights?

Looking for a basic 1911 recoil spring reference guide, to assist in providing a starting point.

Should reflect projectile material, weight, velocity, I would guess.

Anything out there?

Here's one of several found online. Wilson Combat.

Standard springs are:
16 lb recoil spring.
23 lb mainspring.
Std length firing pin spring.
