Hi, everyone -

Please forgive me while I learn my way around this site. Got a question. I bought a .50 Beowulf a few months ago and absolutely love it. But, at over a buck a bullet, I can't afford to keep shooting it.

Does anyone have any data on reloading for it? I've checked all the manuals, but the 'Wulf is too new and there is no info.

For new stuff the best place to check is powder mfg sites. They usually have new data 1st. Unfortuantely, I don't find it on anyone's site. Including Alexander Arms even though they have Grendel load data. They had to have done testing otherwise there would be no factory ammo. I guess they just don't want to share.

Thanks for trying, I have even called Alexander Arms only to be told that "The information should be out soon". I'm not sure why the games as far as reloading info goes but what the heck. I will continue to search and hope some one can turn something up. Thanks again.

AA used to have data posted. I have used the data sheet that comes with the Lee dies. Lil'gun is the only powder I have used.

I don't have my note book handy right now, but I will try and come up with some info later.

The only load I have used is the Lil'gun load for the 334 grain bullet. It used a CCI350 primer. Seems to be a clone of the factory load, though I have not chronoed it.

Great fun, those Beowulfs! :)

This month's Dillon's "Blue Press" arrived today. Article about hunting with Beowulf. Don't think there's any specific loads. Might be some leads to same, though.

Stay safe.
Bob
