I have actually made the decision between the SP101 (3") and a G36

For Backpacking trips with my Kids

And I chose the 36

Reasons were;

Bigger holes are better

More holes are better...8 instead of 5...and an actual possibility to reload

Lighter weight

Slimmer

I shoot it better than the SP101

I actually think my odds are better to have to shoot a two-legged predator
