Nothing fancy here, well used, with wearing marks and everything. Works allright none the less, agrees with me and does what is asked - goes bang and hits the target. But still, nothing as good looking as many others here.

I kind of like the old school approach. Though, the rifles are old school, VZ was made somewhere 60-70 and the EBR is a Colt M-16A1 (at least that's what it says on the side). Interestingly, both the VZ and the M16 felt similar in handling - weight, recoil, follow up shots etc.

Sam Cade, that is one unique and neat looking AR concept. I like it!

Should be here in a couple of weeks :)

AR chambered in 30-06. And yes it's an 8 pound rifle.

    1) Because 30-06 drops anything in North America
    2) Long range (1000 to 1500 yards if I do my job behind it)

Can you give a little more info on the -06 AR?

30-06 at 1500 yards? Please elaborate as well.

I imagine that the 30.06 would be pretty effective at 1500 yards. Unfortunately my eyes are only good to 1,000. :D

What mags? Long round for an AR. Details, buffer and spring, etc!! I'm drooling already!
