I actually said that once, to a friend of mine... then thought for a minute, and said, errr... maybe those mosin nagants killed a few germans... and that other one could have killed germans under the kaiser, under hitler, finns, and russians. (a 1915 New England Westinghouse production mosin nagant that was delivered and, at some point, captured by the finns and restocked with that really nice tigerstripe wood.) My friend at least found it funny, if not convincing.

I believe that I found a stat somewhere about how 99% of guns have killed less people than Ted Kennedy. (it sounds resonable but I'm not sure)
