Value of Savage 1907

I came across locally a Savage 1907. It seems to be in good shape looking at the pictures of it. I know that I will have to look at it in person to see the actual condition of the gun, but what is the value of these guns nowadays? He is asking $300.00 for it. Thank you.

A look at completed auctions on the auction sites will give you an idea of what they're bringing. I paid 75 bux at a pawn shop for a ratty looking (but functional) Portugese Military last fall.
