Saw this Walther P99c QA 9mm under the glass at my local range today with a price tag of $375. I thought my old eyes were not focusing...that a 3 or a 5? Well, the owner of the range says $375 and you can try it out first. How could I resist :D.

It shot almost as well and comfy as my CCW, a HK P2000SK, which is a tremendous compliment to Walther. $375? I thought these were around $500 or more. Turns out it's on consignment, but hardly used, in very good condition and that's the price the owner wanted.

Other than these are nice guns, anything this new owner needs to know or be advised of? So here's my new baby...

    I prefer the A/S trigger - but the P99c is a nice gun :)

awesome find! as ive said many times, i believe the p99/sw99 to be amongst the finest weapons ever designed. i encourage you to join a small but growing number of p99/sw99 enthusiasts at http://p99sw99.com for more.

like shipwreck i also prefer the AS trigger configuration, but at that price id be all over the quick action too!

I love those guns. If I liked the 9mm, I'd buy one on beauty alone. Nice find!

Yes! Buyer Beware! You are in danger!

I too bought a P99c 9mm less than a year ago. Last time I looked in my safe, it had been joined by two SW99's, one in .40 and one in .45. Also a P22, which is similar in size to the compact, and cheap practice(even though it has an external hammer and a safety instead of a decocker). And just for good measure, a Walther P1 and G22 rifle. But sadly, I don't own a QA.

For your own protection, I would advise that you sell me the P99c QA. I would be gald to give you back your money.

One final problem: My other handguns suffer from a lack of range time since my Walther affliction.
