Hi everyone,

I ordered Comp-tac's Two O'Clock holster (Kahr PM9) a while back and it came in about a week ago. I've been trying it out and I just can't get it to work in the 1:00-2:00 range that it was designed for. Even with a gun as small as the kahr, it always seems to be poking something. :fire:

Today I experimented with just using it strongside at about 3:30ish and I can barely tell it's there. Does anybody else do this? Any potential drawbacks? I only ask because this is my only IWB holster I have so I don't have much to compare it to. It seems to work alright though.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I carry a Ruger SP-101 in the 2 O'Oclock

and, for me, that is just the right position. But you raise a valid and important point! Just because a manufacturer gives a holster a particular name you just don't have to wear it that way. While the 2 O'clock works well for me I have also tried it in other positions and have found it to be both comfortable, secure, and highly functional in those positions as well. If it works for you in a different position then, by all means, use it there.
