There once was a book by Michael Shaara entitled, "The Killer Angels." It was about the Civil War battle of Gettysburg. Then, there was a movie called "Gettysburg", the screen adaption of this novel. Then, there was a song by Steve Earle called Dixieland. And finally, a movie called "Gods And Generals" about the earlier Civil War battles.
A fictional character named "Buster Kilrain" is a key element in all of these. Kilrain of the 20th Maine.
Bob (Robert) is my first name (most common name in 1951, I think).
Bullet is either as a reference to shooting in general, or in honor of Roy Roger's dog. Hey, sure, I wanted Trigger, but Bullet was a cool German Shepherd! If Roy had a cat, wonder what it's name would be?
