i voted other, Ruger SR1911 full or CMD, save the rest of the money you would spend on the other choices on the list for .45acp ammo if you can find it in your area.

I have twelve 1911s and I am sure some here have much more, 1911Tuner for example, and I don't understand the exclusion of Sig Sauer, DW, Colt and Kimber. I have 1911s made by SIG, Colt, Kimber, Springfield, Para, and I HAD a Wilson Combat. My Wilson was quality made and very nice looking but it only marginally out shot my Colt Gold Cup Trophy. And my S&W E-series 1911 was, for me anyways, more accurate than my Wilson. I have since sold the Wilson and purchased 3 other 1911s and I am happy with my decision.

Just from my experience I restate:

$10,000= 9 Colts (and I'd be happy)

Nothing wrong with- just do not want a COLT. I like others much better. The only Colt 1911 I like is Gold cup but even that does not do it for me.
