So now I have to figure out how to post a picture to make it official? Mine is 1938 and has the crest on it yet (didn't get ground off like a lot of them did when Germany overran Czechoslovakia) Has the stupid importer marks, but if that's the worst I can think to say about it, it's not too bad I guess.

Here's my CZ-75B I regretfully sold for reasons that can only be attributed to temporary lapse of judgment or maybe insanity. Ghost did a little work on it for the guy I bought it from including an 11# mainspring and reduced power recoil and firing pin springs. Shot like a dream. Gallon paint can accurate at 75m. Now I have to get rid the gun I bough with the proceeds from the sale to get another one, but I think I'm going to get an SP-01 this time around.
![]() BTW, where is the CZ stock? No one seems to have any in stock and the people who have them aren't selling in my area.

Yes millertyme, your "temporary lapse of judgment or maybe insanity" reasoning is very valid!!
Now make up for your past errors and take your pick... You will never regret this decision!!

The poly coatings on this fine pistol is garbage in my honest opinion but this pistol is excellent. This is my favorite pistol in my collection.

If that crown were made of silver and had jewels encrusted in it I could handle it better being next to your CZ.
Plastic crowns belong with polymer framed guns. ![]()

Here's my 75 compact with walnut grips from http://www.grips4u.net/index.php). Love the look, and the half checkering gives a fine grip for shooting.

Sorry Stringfellow, I don't have one of the transitional by itself so you will have to pick it out of the pack.

chicharrones, looking at the fact the pistol is next to a little girl's toy tiara, and propped up with what could be a plastic coated child's spoon, the message I get is, "I will protect my princess."

I do like how the factory grips are reshaped. Looks like a blend between the full palm swell type and the thin competition type.
