The grips are the same between the b and the pre b. The best G10 grips in my opinion are the VZ ones, but hogue makes some also.

CZ Discontinues Items for 2013
Sorry if this was posted elsewhere but I couldn't find any reference. Net net, CZ posted a list of items on their Facebook page that they say will be discontinued for 2013.
Does that mean no replacement model will be distributed? For example, the 91193 CZ 75 9 mm Compact in Satin Nickel. (Which is hard to find anyway). ETA: Got a response from CZ USA on my question about the 91193. Apparently most if not all of the satin-nickel finishes will be eliminated. Here's an image of the list:

The Kadet on the list is very surprising.
EDIT- It looks like the full Kadet pistol is what's being discontinued not the kit. Thread on CZ forum. Last edited by TJx; October 6, 2012 at 08:18 AM. |

CZ85B in 9 x 21
I was able to buy this pistol, a CZ85B in unfired condition on an online auction for $$260. It is in 9 x 21 caliber, and I plant to get a 9mm Luger barrel for it. Here are a couple of pics.

@ jmace57
Nice buy. I love my 82 Combat. Where can you buy a barrel to convert it to 9mm? Do you need to change anything else?

dondavis3 - From what I have heard, the 9mm Luger barrel is a direct replacement, although someone also suggested I change the recoil spring as there can be FTE if I don't.
CZ-USA has barrels for $145. |

The writing on the slide of that 85 looks like the old style 75 writing. Like that. Here is a pic of my SP-01:

Don, all my guns have names
(but I've yet to sit in the bathroom loading mags with an evil grin on my face). I just bought a couple mags for her as well, but I need to do like 1 old 0311-1 (post #2015) and buy a couple happy sticks. Not to hijack the thread, but I've done some research and the Promag 32s with CZ followers actually work really well.
