Just bought a CZ-455 American 3 bbl set used very,very little.One box of ammo through 22lr bbl,one box 17HMR bbl,zero rounds through 22 mag bbl.
22lr bbl has threaded bbl w/cap covering the threads.What purpose do these threads serve?

Good for you! Scuttlebutt says they are trying to outlaw private sales in the newly proposed AWBII Bill (or in the very least require PTA) but I digress and will leave it for the proper thread.

They are to put a muzzle device such as a flash bidet, muzzle brake, or silencer on the gun.
