My 650 shipped with the caliber kit installed. I would imaging that if I ordered it with an out of stock caliber, then I would have been waiting longer.

Still waiting on my pickup tubes and my wrench kit.
Today (2-26) I ordered myself a Toolhead, a Toolhead stand, and a 38/357 caliber conversion. Hopefully it gets here. Kind of off topic, but I just ordered the basics this time around. I really like the 9mm Dillon Dies, but I plan to transition over most of my existing dies for other calibers. I have a good mixture of RCBS, LEE, and Hornady dies, as well as some Redding competition seating dies. In addition, I have a Hornady LnL AP press, and for most of the caliber for which I reload, I have a Hornady powder die and a universal expander. I also have the a few (not enough for all of my calibers) of the quick change metering inserts. Maybe eventually I'll decide to completely migrate over to the 650 (so far I think it's quality is far superior to my Hornady LnL...but it's still new and hasn't had any issues yet...time makes fools of us all). But I want to take advantage of my current equipment as much as possible. |

Did you order 223 dies, and a case gauge too? Just curious because the .223 dies were supposed to be 8 weeks out. Hopefully this is a very good sign that they are starting to get over the hump.

Nope, I already have a Dillon .223 case gauge and I own a couple sets of dies, thankfully.
The dies are a killer right now, any brand. |

Ordered a 30 m1 cal conversion for the 550 direct from Dillon last thurs, got email sat that it had been shipped. Buying direct was about 1/3 the price the conversions are going for on ebay. Even paying shipping on just one item it was still only about $55 total

I'm still waiting on my various pieces from Dillon. But by buying off of eBay and AR15 I've acquired everything I need to load 45acp, 357, 44mag, 380 and 5.56.
