Precision Rifle Picture Thread

As a follow up to my AR15 picture thread... I declare the creation of a precision rifle picture thread!

Precision rifles are a fairly nebulous genre of firearms, but in general, if you use it shoot small groups at respectable distances it qualifies.

Come on Smitty....you cant just drop a pic like that and not give at least a little teaser of this fine rifle's specs.

Joel, your two pics show rifles that are beyond glorious. You have excellent taste (and pretty nice picture-taking skills).
Btw what is the cartridge in each of yours? I must be too much a rookie to decode them.
And I must pull out my camera. I only have one that is category-correct, but I don't intend it to be lonely forever.

Usually I just go outside in my back yard. I live on 30 acres....lol
I'm with ya on the "move to Kansas" thing from the Colorado gun laws thread.
Around here, it's beer, BBQ, women and guns. All the things that make life fun.

OP, precision and respectable range are subjective, but here are three that I'm proud of.

HS Precision 338 Lapua.

3 shots at 1k. The three shots below the water bottle are 338 LM. Bottle is there for scale.

Borden Rimrock BR rifle in 6PPC.

Groups at 100....all day long.

Varmint For Score match results.

6" group at 1k with my 243 Ackley Cooper.

Adding this one after the fact....these were my last three shots out of the same box of handloads as above. Top and bottom plates are 9 and 12" respectively.

Thanks Joel....it's obvious you're a student of the rifle also. That Stolle sure is pretty.

Here's another one....

Cooper MTV in 223 AI.

Can't remember the load, but it shot alright.
