Ruger 30 Carbine Leather

I made this for a 'friend of a friend' whose getting married this coming Friday. His fiance' had given him a 30 Carbine Old Model Ruger and he threw a fit over the last rig I built for one. He prefers nice clean leather so that is what I tried to do with it!

Nice work . I like the bible verse. Very appropriate for a wedding gift.

That's what we were going for. My fiance' read it as verse 8 when I sent her the picture, and I got an ear full!

Once again some truly beautiful leatherwork! Just a thought, because I think it might look kind of neat, maybe a matching leather pouch for those two carbine mags. Call it a First Anniversary present.

Even if a guy didn't have a Blackhawk 30 he would now have to buy one for such a magnificent holster. Well done.

Thank you! I was debating a magazine pouch for the belt, but did not want to leave it up to chance with shipping. May be on to something with the Anniversary present, though!

Very nice work as always!

Yeah, verse 8 is a little less festive for a wedding...
