Does anyone know where I can find a double or quad magazine pouch for a Sig P238 ?

I depends. Which material are you looking for? If I remember, the same ones fit the Walther PPK series. Have a look at these.

They also have singles and doubles. I suspect most makers offer singles or doubles for that gun.
