Yes. It can be done. However...

Few doubles of either barrel arrangement will group both barrels together. It's not hard to find a slug that one barrel "Likes",but the same brand in the other barrel may not impact in the same Zip Code.

For that reason, slugs work best from repeaters and single shots.

The Demo Presidential hopeful, ever turning to lie to get what ever votes he can from suckers, stated last week that he is a deer hunter who uses his" trusty 12ga double barrel shotgun" by "crawling around on my belly in Mass. looking for bucks". And for further laughs Hillary is touting her "duck hunting" skills! Bush better endorse IPSC or something like 3 gun matches or his kick back campaign is gonna go down!

Kerry almost shot someone "hunting". I don't think, by his very own endorsed laws, he should have access to firearms.

I shot my two first deer with a Fox Sterlingworth, 20 ga. double, using slugs in upstate NY. Worked fine. It was the only gun I had so it's what got used. We never did test it to see where it would shoot, on those deer it shot pretty much where it was pointed. Both were shot at less than 25 yards, which might have helped. It was my great-grandfathers gun and when he died it came to my father, who gave it to me. I still have it but don't use it.
