**DEFENSE FUND for AZ's Harold Fish**

Ok folks..I said I was gonna look into this. We looked into a bank account specifically for him, and it was going to be really involved with ownership and taxes, etc. My family contacted Mr. Fishs' attorney and they have set it up for donations to this account. I strongly feel that Mr. Fish is being drug through the political frying pan due to the strong urging of the so-called family and friends and county attorney bent on getting re-elected.

Mr. Fishs' attorney is preparing his defense, and hiring in expert witnesses, but this all costs money as we all know. Please take a minute to think about if you had been in the situation Mr. Fish was in, and think how easily you could be in this situation yourself, or defending your family.

Please donate if you can/will...every bit will help...and Im sure Mr. Fish and his family will be very appreciative of your support.

Please make checks payable to:

Jones, Skelton, Hochuli for the amount you wish to donate, and in the memo section of the check, please write for the benefit of Harold Fish

The address to send it to is:

2901 N Central Ste #800
Phoenix AZ 85012

If you have any questions, or problems, please contact their offices at:
602-263-1747 Diana will be able to assist you.

thank you....

edited for spelling

I'd hoped the prosecutor's office had thought better of it and dropped the charges . . apparently not. Doesn't seem right.

Thanks for letting us know.

Retired Valley School Teacher Charged
07-30-2004 3:30 PM

(Flagstaff, AZ) -- A 57-retired Valley school teacher pled not guilty to second degree murder charges during his arraignment in Flagstaff this morning. Harold Fish is accused of killing a man near Payson last May. Fish claims the shooting was in self defense because 43-year old Grant Kuezli started running at him, yelling ''I'm going to kill you'' when Fish fired a warning shot after two of Kuezli's dogs charged at him while he was walking alone on a forest trail. Officials originally found the shooting was justified, but public outcry prompted the county attorney to file charges against Fish. He was released without bond pending his trail.

The dog owner should'nt come up to Fish and told him he is going to kill him, exspeciallly after Fish fired a warning shot at the dogs.
