Two Colt's just fell into my lap
![]() ![]() Ironically, on the way over to the bank in his big fat Mercedes he broke a back molar while chewing gum. He showed me the chunk of molar and I told him, "Hey, ya know, crowns are going about $1000 a pop nowadays." How fortuitous for him, huh? Never in my life did I ever expect to hold an SF-VI in my hands but getting an SF-VI and DS II over a 2 day period? ...I am blessed. Love Colt snubbies.

You are developing a "herd" there with all those colts! It was funny to see this thread because a friend showed me a colt snub he picked up last week...for $100. Don't get excited...it took him three days to get all the caked on mud off it! The gun was kicked out of the ground in a field. It is "rough"...to say the least. He has his work cut out for him! I'm sure his will never look as good as yours. He might offer it for sale but I'm not sure I want to take it on. I have enough projects!

Well that's definitely two Colt revolvers you don't see every day. Nice additions to your pony herd.

I just picked up a SFVI 2" a few weeks ago. It's not as swanky as your DS II, but it came like new in the box which was a real treat for me. Good fortune has found us both!

Can't go too wrong with a Colt. Congrats. My stepdad used to go to his 'professional' poker sessions with a .38 Special DS and his fellow players always understood that if he wanted to count his money, sitting at the table, then they should just go ahead and let him.
