Good Buy DammitBoy

You sure walked into that shop at an opportune moment! "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." Good buy.

Holey moley! Good find DB! Feels great when your "ready" and the opportunity presents itself, don't it?

I've been shopping for a 1911 commander. I was on the verge of springing for a Fusion when I found a Dan Wesson CBOB at Bud's Gun Shop just last night. Woo hoo!!

Taurus PT 709 "Slim" 2 weeks ago. It's official, Taurus has owned my gun longer than me. Of course I only had it 3 days. POS

Senior, I was looking at that commander right when you bought it. It was there when I clicked on the link but sold out when I refreshed the page. Hope you like it.

The guy didn't even have it out on display. I was looking at what he had out and the owner came up and asked what I was looking for.

I saw an AR-7 and said, "I wish you had an M6 scout." - He said, "I think I have one in the safe."

He brought it out and said, "Does $250 sound okay?" I was still trying to get over that it was not only stainless, but .22 hornet as well, then I noticed it was made in the usa instead of the czech republic.

I said, "Yeah, $250 sounds great."

Bingo!

I would have gone as high as $400...

My last purchase was a Browning Buckmark 22lr. and a 10/22 Ruger that I plan to morph, in an ultimate 22lr.

With 8mm so cheap I bought one and a couple of cases of sulplus ammo for fun. Someday there will be someone that says (I never thought I would need a gun)

Yes it is -- I figured there had to be a reason.

Very nice pics, BTW.
