Just purchased a Rossi Puma Winchester M92 knockoff in .454 Casull / .45 LC.
My gun is one of the Brazilian Amadeos Rossi guns and not the newer Italian Chiappa guns marketed by Legacy Sports. Didn't like the useless "bucks best friend" safety stuck between the action support risers on the top of the receiver or the cheap looking plastic HiVizz sights of the newer Chiappa Pumas. Lost a buck because of the useless cross bolt safety that came with my Marlin 336C in .35 Rem. as few years back. I popped the cross bolt safety out the next day. The standard half cock safety and an old fashion thing called muzzle control  are all that is needed.

 1st impressions are: Pretty gun. Heavy. Heavy D/A Trigger. Great S/A trigger. I like it. It has a great reputation for being very accurate. Merry Christmas to me ... and to you. I can't wait to shoot it next week.
