Ruger Blackhawk .30 Carbine. Made in 2002, a few tiny scratches like it got dropped or but in a bag with other guns or something, but almost no turn ring. Mechanically perfect. Large wood aftermarket grips. Nice.

Actually, I really dont quite know what it is!!
its an Enfield type of action, but, I cant find it in my bluebook...and it doesnt have bazillions of markings like a typical Brit gun
