Welcome to THR, panzerkampfwagen (I realize you've been around for a while, but this is your first post so I figure that you still deserve a proper welcome).

^Hey SouthernConnection, what a coincidence, I just ordered one too. I'll be getting it in a couple weeks for the same reason.
I got the all tan/tan one I think it looks pretty sweet.

Well, my last gun was a Tarus Judge, but my next to the last gun was a Keltec PF-9. Shot 150 rounds through it so far without a hitch. I wanted a pocket gun that was bigger than a .380 and this is it; single stack, small, light.

Yesterday I bought this Heritage Rough Rider .22/.22Mag convertible. Took it out today and put about 50 rounds of .22lr through it and found it to be extremely accurate. I am pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to expect from a $200 revolver. This purchase has kept my streak alive of all American made firearms.
![]() This is a stock photo. I'll replace it when I get a chance to take pics of the actual gun.

Just bought a marlin 1895 gbl 45-70. So far it is a good-one. With all the talk about the barrels being indexed wrong, poor metal/wood fit, ammo not cycling because of the extractor, etc. So far mine has eaten everything that I have fed it and barrel looks prretty good to me. The metal/wood fit is pretty good but it ain't perfect by any means. But this ain't a show piece either. I can live with it just like it is. Shoots good too.

Springfield Armory Range Officer. I also have a Glock 17L and a Sig Sauer 2022 on layaway at the moment. Should have the 17L in my possession in about two weeks.

Last gun I bought was a NoDak Spuds lower receiver for my retro AR build. Just completed my early XM16E1 / Colt 603 the other day:

Recently picked up the new Walther PPQ but haven't had the chance to take it for a test-drive as of yet. Perhaps later this week ...

I just finished building an AR15. Lewis Machine and Tool 16" upper chambered in 5.56 Nato with 1 in 7 twist and fixed front sight, stripped Spike's Tactical lower with a Daniel Defense lower parts kit, Magpul hand guards, stock, magazines, flip up rear sight and a Bravo Company Gunfighter charging handle and Spike's F/A bolt carrier group. For a bunch of different reasons I have not had the time to take it to the range. Hopefully this week... My last handgun purchase was a few months ago, its a Beretta Px4 Storm in .40 S&W.
