Most recent purchases (the last couple of months);

.44 Colt Walker at a gunshow for $100 - turns out to be a collectable worth $450+ so... to all those gunshow naysayers!

12ga Stoeger Condor o/u for $300 at another gunshow, which is just about what it was worth.

Just yesterday - a Safari Arms Matchmaster .45 for $515 at auction on gunbroker.com another great deal, even though it'll need about $100 worth of work to pretty it up. It's easily a $900+ 1911. So another to the gunbroker naysayers!

I think I'll stop while I'm ahead for at least a little while... unless I see another great deal.

Nothing fancy, but I bought a nice older 12ga Mossberg 500A blued in hardwood with a 28" ribbed barrel for $225. Simple and in good shape, not sure if I'll much about with it yet or not, but I do have a single-shot H&R which has that classic style, but no tactical 12ga yet, so I may do a build if I get bored with it.

P11

I love the Kel-Tec P11 but the finish on it (NIB) is quite bland (great CCW piece).

Galil Golani...one of the good ones that also has a bayonet lug. Friend of mine needed the money.

BTW my wife has made it official....she says I must buy another safe before I buy any more guns.....sounds like an open ended invitation to me

I think it was the Winchester Model 70 Sporter in .270. One of the new SC made ones. Very nicely done. Or it could have been the BAR MK II Safari in 300 Win Mag. Very pretty rifle. Sorry no pics right now.

What divorce? I'm buying her the cruise!

Although, if I have to buy her a cruise every time I buy a gun - a divorce might be the cheaper route to go!

Great choice indeed. I have a few Kel-Tec handguns as well as carbines and they are what I call nice 'blue collar' hardware. Will this be your primary CCW piece--My P11 is mine.

That's a really nice musket--I actually had a good look at one while at Cabela's and was quite impressed.
