Updating again... I've got a Ruger SR1911 on its way to my FFL. It will be here before I can legally pick it up.

A Ruger SR22 for my wife and I. Just got it today and we both love it!! We shot about 100 rounds right out of the box, mostly cheap bulk rounds, and only a couple hickups, and really an accurate little handgun, very impressive.

Thanks, Ruger, for a reliable, fun to shoot , accurate, well-made handgun!

I ordered a Yugo M24/47 Mauser via phone from Classic Arms on Monday. They haven't billed my credit card yet, and I hope I won't have to wait too long for them to process the order.

It's my birthday present to myself.

Newest gun? An absolutely cherry Win. Mod 70 XTR Featherweight (USRAC) in .270. It looked like a one and done rifle with 25 years of closet dust built up on it. Seller threw in a Leupold VX-III 3.5-10 to replace the bound up scope on the rifle. While sighting in, it shot two nickel-sized groups at 100 yds with two different kinds of ammo. Snap shot a button buck for the freezer the next day. I'm no expert, but I've found nothing wrong with my push feed Winchester.
What part of shall not be infringed do you not understand?

Rubeus, any pictures? Sounds like a pretty rifle, definitely a great shooter!
There ! By golly, someone finally made a gun powerful enough for going to church, shopping for lingerie, safeguarding school crossing zones , and trick-or-treating !!
