4" Taurus 82 .38 special, police trade in.
Picked up some brass and got the dies and bullet mold in from Midway yesterday. Ready to go make boom boom.

A 3" square butt Model 36 with fake pearl grips,,,

She was in fairly rugged shape cosmetically,,,
But the action seemed tight enough,,,
And the price was right.

The Evil Pawn Shop Guy had a tag on it for $329.00,,,
I decided I would take it for the tagged price,,,
I signed the receipt without looking at it,,,
Later I saw he charged me $300.00,,,
That was the "out the door" price.

Because of the "Mother of Toilet Seat" grips,,,
And Patton's comment about pearl handled grips and pimps,,,
I named the gun Libby after Libby Thompson who was a Madam in Sweetwater, texas.

She shoots real sweet,,,
I can hit clay pigeons at 15 yards all day long.

Thought I stumbled into the 'wrong forum' there for a while .

Nothing beats a classic American made revolver (and I am a semi kind of guy).

Just took delivery of a SCHULTZ & LARSEN M62 300 meter free rifle in 7.62 X 51 NATO ... to match my .30-06 version. These have to weigh 15 pounds ... with a 28" Bull Barrel and a MASSIVE single shot receiver. There just ain't anything like it ... heavy and accurate. I really don't deserve to be able to own rifles this good.

Well I was going to say a Hungarian built Steyr in 8X56R, but I just ordered a new Swiss 96-11 from Classic arms. Latest two pistols were a Dan Wesson 15-2VH pistol kit with 2.5", 4", 65', and 8" barrels, and a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380 with bult in laser for my brand new carry permit.

Another rimfire. Ruger "Single Six" with 22mag cylinder and wood grips. Used in original box with all papers and even the plastic wrapping. No marks on the cylinder , so probably never shot. So matched up with my 39a I am ready for some Cowboy rimfire shootin'
It is sweet.
