Capybara thats gotta be the nicest m44 I've ever seen, my lgs has one thats rusted and busted plus is missing the handguard and no matching #'s and they want $275. They also have one of the remington 91/30's it's in decent shape but is also mismatched.

I picked up a spare M1A about two years back (got a reasonably good deal on it), and after getting tired of my brother-in-law hemming/hawing about buying it off me, I traded it up last weekend at a gun show and got a NIB Springfield Mil-Spec 1911A1, and a used Taurus PT-92 (which is the second PT-92 "rescue" I've bought this year; way too many knuckleheads out there with more cash than sense to just clean their danged guns).

Aaaaaaand... I just had to get me a Walther PPQ (mine's a 9mm, not a .40).

Dang, sounds like a nice collection you have in just those three guns!

My latest acquisition was the Ruger SR-22. Love it.

Dang, sounds like a nice collection you have in just those three guns! Of course it would be better if you still had an M1A to go with them.

Hi, New member here. I just bought an Uberti Walker Colt. A year ago, I bought a Shiloh Sharps #1 Sporter in 45-70 caliber. Those are the first guns I've bought in over ten years.

Well, it was my spare M1A, a Scout Squad version.

I still have a full-sized M1A, with some goodies added on. Since I also have an AR, I didn't feel the need for a second M1A, and only picked it up when I did as it was a good deal.

Thanks, I have several other guns, some black powder, some smokeless. Some antiques, some newer. The only other gun I have acquired in the past 10 years besides the two I posted about above was given to me. It is a hand made muzzle loader an older local gentleman gave to me.

I made a separate post about it here: http://www.thehighroad.org/showthrea...69#post8503369

Been a while since I've posted here.I have bought a few since then. Two of note are the last pistol, A 6" stainless Taurus Raging bull in .454 . Anyone know where to find ammo for under $1.30 a round? The other is a Springfield M1A SM, it came fresh off the factory floor.Dated weeks before I picked it up, it was like they made it just for me.She is named Jolene.

This is a little known guy but it's a great "no-frills" shoot the cr*p out of me range gun for well <$350. If you happen to be looking for a 9mm on the cheap full-size gun (still quite capable though) go for it! The Bulgarians have manufactured a tank here (sorta Hi Power clone looking to some degree but certainly 100%).

I just picked up a lightly used (98%) Ruger P95 for ~$250 OTD. I might as well get the hi-caps while I still can!

I think the Kriss Super-V was the last addition to my collection, but I can't remember since it's been a while since I've added to my collection. I am, however, on the waiting list (and have been for at least 8 months now) for this:

Picked up a Sheridan Blue Streak tonight. Got it from the original owner who bought it new in the 70's. Some wear and tear but looks good and functions perfectly.
