Here is a photo of the Sig 516... I threw a couple Sig pistols in to keep the little rifle getting lonely..

Uberti replica of a Walker Colt just a week ago. My game cam behind the cabin is showing lots of deer and elk at my salt block and there is hardly any snow so I decided to get the Walker as it is shorter the my Uberti Buntline and more powerful so I can drop a pesky black bear that has not gone into hibernation yet if I have to.

Ruger

Well I fell for the Ruger 10/22 Take Down and bought one. Mounted a great Leupold scope on it and couldn't wait to get to the range to get it sighted in. Very nice package. Will

Got this Saturday, virtually new. I limited myself to $300 for a MKII but I went a little over @$355. Joe

An H&R Sportsman 999 top-break .22 revolver for my birthday, been looking for a nice one for a long time, just a little blueing wear on the muzzle. 1936-1937 manufacture, the oldest gun in my collection. Couldn't pass it up for $260! Shoots great!

Remington ACR Carbine.

Had one of the first Bushmaster ones and sold it in the craziness early in 2013, but always kinda regretted selling it, so I ordered one up from Remington to replace it.

Happy camper now.

I just got this in today, and got to check it off my Winchester lever action bucket list.

A special edition takedown Model 1895 in 30-06 caliber with case harden frame and upgraded wood. This is recent production under license by Maroku.

I thought the wild boar tusks, African pith helmet and Anson Mills cartridge belt would give it that Teddy Roosevelt flavor.
Of course Teddy took a .405 caliber to Africa, but what do I need with an big game gun that costs $2.75 per round to shoot.

cheers

Last gun I bought, my bride stepped in and vetoed the transaction. Oh well; guns come and go, but she has been with me for fifty-six years.

Oberndorf Mauser C96, nothing matching, sight-ladder detent button missing. Soon as I get around to replacing the important springs, this old heap will be taken for a spin (and then the barrel will get relined). I'll probably end up getting a shoulder stock for it, seeing as Uncle BATFE says I can

I looked into that, but even the brass is next to impossible to locate---not to mention that I already have a butt-load of 30-06.

Lack of available low cost ammo is why the .405 version of this rifle is easy to find while the much more practical 30-06 versions are scarce and bring top dollar.

Cheers

I very clean Norinco ATD-22 Take-Down (copy of the Browning). Bought this one locally for a fair price and consider it to be a nice addition.

Sock Puppet - nice!
I've been looking for one of those, I have the browning (recently found one), and want a beater version.

Mind if I ask how much you paid?

She was tagged at $299 and had been sitting on the shelf for a few months. I'd looked at it early on, but passed at that price, even though she's pretty clean. I took her home for $250 out the door and am pleased with that deal. Seems like they are going for around $250 (rough) to $300 (decent) on Gunbroker, but then you'd have to pay shipping and FFL fee.
