![]() High Standard Crusader Compact. Just got it last week and took it to the range for the first time Sunday. Only 100 rounds so far, but it's 100% reliable and dead accurate.

A Colt Government Model 01980 XSE. Bought it on 05/24/2008 at a gun show. Love it. I'm experiencing the diametric opposite feeling of Buyer's Remorse.

I just bought a Taurus PT-745 Pro last week. I haven't fired it yet, I will love it. I loved my PT-145 Pro in the past. I just wanted a single stack .45 for concealed carry.

Mint and unfired Smith & Wesson 29-2 .44 Magnum, blued with 6.5 barrel. It's still mint, but not unfired anymore.

Well, Let's See - - -
Most recent acquisition was a Colt Super .38, 1955-era. It was a b'day gift from my Beloved Bride who began shopping for one when she overheard me say I wanted to find a Super. Happily, she asked my input, and we were able to find exactly what I wanted. It just arrived at my local dealer yesterday, and I haven't fired it yet.
Not a straight purchase, but a trade between friends: An unfired (then) S&W Model 21-4 .44 Special. I guess the most recent gun I purchased outright was an Argentine Sistema 1927 .45. It had a nice Parkerize refinish, and a horrible bore, but it shoots jacketed handloads quite well. It came without a rear sight, so I inserted a US Military part and it's now a working car gun. Just changed computers, so I can't retrieve images of any of these. ![]() Best Johnny
