Springfield 1911 "Loaded" 9mm Target
A short while later I found one LN 9mm Loaded with fixed sights for just a little over half the price of a new on, so that one's mine as well. About 2 weeks ago, a Charter Arms Bulldog .44 stainless. 2 Mosin Nagant M44s last week. Yesterday, I took possession of an all stainless Taurus PT1911 w/rail. I'm done for a while. |

Ruger 7.5" Super Blackhawk .44mag.
Used but you can't tell without a rather detailed inspection. This will be the first .44mag I've owned (or fired for that matter). Looking forward to wringing it out this weekend!

Last gun purchased by me was a Bersa Thunder .380, about ten days ago. Before that, my last handgun purchase, if I recall correctly, was a Walther PPK/S, in 1990. I no longer have that one; if I did, I wouldn't have the Bersa.

Overpaid for both of them, but it's only money...

Picked up a Sig P6 Tuesday (ordered from Dansammo.com). Paid the extra $20 and got one that had been cleaned and refinished with a moly resin. Not a bad deal especially since they raised the price of the refinished one from $279 to $299.
Mine came with refinished gun, box, 2 mags, holster, 2 mag pouches and cleaning kit $279. $326 after shipping and xfer fee. Can't wait to get it to the range. .308 |

I picked up a Winchester 70 Super Grade today. 7mm Remmag
Got another thread going on rifle country about it, any help appreciated. It's got a G20XXX serial, I'm trying to figure out the year built. Yes, I know, G and five digits. Not six or seven. It's nice though, super figured buttstock, doesn't seem to have been shot much at all, can't say if ever though. If it is about 40 years old, it's a darn nice one.

Ruger mkIII target (my first handgun)
Walther P22 target (MrsBFD's first handgun) So far, the problems from the Ruger have been my fault, and the problems with the Walther have been the Walther's fault. Both are a blast at the range, and cheap to shoot. In the long run, I think buying those two pistols will be quite expensive though, as now we both want more, more, more. Anyone able to recommend a manufacturer making centerfire handguns with a profile similar to the Ruger frame? We both seem to prefer the angle of the grip on the Ruger.

Last week, Gander Mountain had a BHP in .40 for $500 that I just couldn't say no to. Always wanted a BHP - can't wait to get it to the range. Any suggestions on ammo? This is my first .40SW.
Bought a Seecamp LWS32 last month. |
