Would this CZ Club include Dan Wesson 1911's?

Two new interesting guns from CZ:
CZ 97 BD http://www.czub.cz/index.php?p=32&id...dz=245&lang=en CZ 92 http://www.czub.cz/index.php?p=32&id...=1%E2%8C%A9=en I don't think we'll be seeing any CZ 92's in the USA, but the CZ 97 BD looks great! |

no way that 92 will make it here, won't make enough points on the system. unless maybe they add target sights and target trigger and 5 lb weight and.... eh, lol. looks neat though.
i see a new hunting companion with the 97 BD.

Wecome Back NG...Hope you like your new 40B. I got one a couple weeks ago (about 500+rnds) and I enjoy it a bunch. Different feel and shoot, than my other CZs, but a great addition to the Collection.
Was amazed at the trigger smoothness right out-of-the-box, and it's a very accurate gun! A bunch of the guys clued me in to the CDNN NIB price of $289... Can't go wrong with a big, new CZ at that price! Just ordered a NIB 40P ($340) which will be another .40 CZ for me... looking forward to it! Keep those CZs growin NG!

I'm up to three and a Kadet now, was going to get a 75 Tactical also but finances are not going to permit that just yet.
The 75B is one of the last "class defining" CZs I have to get. .45 CZ? Check! Alloy framed CZ? Check! 9x19 CZ? Check! .40 CZ? Check! Steel CZ? Check! The original 75B? FAIL! I'll get one sooner or later but I think ammo is going to be eating up my disposable income for the next little bit. Also, my 40B fits quite snugly into my MTAC for a USP 40 fullsize. My FNP9-m also fits it perfectly. Just in case you want a good holster for yours...

My CZ Kadet works wonderfully!
I shot CCI Minimag, Federal Spitifre, Federal match, and some cheapo Thunderbolt through it. Everything worked flawlessly. I was getting nice groups. I also tried it at the 100 yard line and was able to hit an NRA 100 small-bore rifle multiple times. It's going to the range with me every time now! |

But I bought a half-shell for the Sig 220/226 with rail with my MTAC thinking in my infinite wisdom that it would be a perfect fit for my 40B. FAIL! the USP body works perfectly! And in unscientific halfshell-handgun mating, the 40B is not a very good fit for the 220/226 body. It feels kind of loose, like the Sig slides are taller and the 40B just can't fill the entire thing. Would probably be fine when installed, but doesn't feel right on its own. Again, the MTAC for USP 40 is a perfect fit for both the CZ 40B and the FNP9-m. Oh and Deerhunter when I got mine I used a variety of ammunition, including Remington Subsonic and Aguila Sniper SubSonic, along with thunderbolts and supermax and stingers. All worked perfectly. The supermax was noticably louder and felt pretty high-powered to me.

I shoot a lot of the paper box CCI Standard velocities. They are accurate and cheap. |

be careful with thunderbolts, they lead up anything to the point you can't get your jag through the barrel. learned the hard way with my p22 and my rifles. a hundred rounds is all it takes sometimes.
ng vi, add it to the list over at cz forums then. usually most of the p220 stuff fits the 40b, but very few holsters are exact fits since they're all made differently. i've found many over the counter holsters that work, but only list the ones that do so best but with mtacs.... can't find those over the counter, so i can't list them.

Do you bring the 40B into shops and try out different holsters? I will go update the cz thread to reflect it.
And how on earth do you get the lower pin out of the plug/mag brake? Never mind I will PM it.

CZ 1945. That's both the model and the approximate year it came out.

Im getting ready to order some extra mags and grips from czcustom. Do the 19rd mags come with the rubber base plate? Or do they all come with the standard metal base? Wanting to make sure before I order, the picture on their site shows the base plate on the 19rd mags but not on the 16rd mags. Dont want to order a bunch of base pads if I dont need to.
Thanks

(for anyone else unfamiliar with the CZ 1945, I did a search and came up with this interesting page). Apparently the modern version (now in production) is the CZ-92 http://www.czub.cz/index.php?p=32&id...&idz=1&lang=en
