Agh, when are they going to give in and offer the P-01 with a safety, already? I love the full-length frame, but I don't do decockers...

Well the other day I joined the CZ club by picking up a SP01 Phantom. Very light and quick aiming pistol.

Just proves that the CZ line is not only habit-forming, but given the opportunity, they will breed in your range bag. Thinking of that, I better czech my range bag, there might be a new arrival that I haven't discovered yet.

I'm in!
Here's one of the little guys of my CZ family...
![]() I've found you can't buy just one (at least I can't). Also, once you start obtaining CZs it's hard to stop procuring more. -Albert |

I've had too many hanguns to remember (i even carry a SIG 229 for work) but the ones that really make my heart feel all warm and mushy is the CZ!! It all started with a Guy at work selling me his CZ75B (for a song) and then I was hooked
. I also picked up a used CZ85 (pre-B) at a local pawn shop cheap and it's my new favorite gun for production class shooting. My wife now shoots the 75B and my brother being a southpaw went out and bought an 85. The only other hanguns that really get me going are older S&W k frames or any older S&W (pre-lock) with a smooth trigger. Oh yeah, did I mention that I love my CZ 452 American and Scout!!!! .22 perfection!!! CZs are THE best value in quality firearms!!! |

It is official!! This:
![]() is, hands down, my favorite pistol in my small collection, which includes: Springfield Armory EMP 9mm FN Five Seven Ruger Mark II (all Volquartened up) Walther P1 FI .380 My CZ has awesome accuracy, an extraordinary trigger job, GREAT ergonomics (feels natural in my hand). . . . and looks awesome as well. How can anyone NOT like these guns. My brother has an unmodified 75 and he loves his as well. I'm SO glad that I went the CZ route over the 1911 route I planned on going (which would have been the Para Ordnance hi capacity 9mm).

KurtC,
Nice DAO. I have been thinking of buying a DAO for some time, but have never had the opportunity to handle one. I would appreciate if you would post your shooting obervations. Thanks |

I don't really know, as this one has never been fired. I believe it was an LE sample that is still in pristine condition.
I have dry fired it once or twice, and it is very nice. If I were to ever qualify with it I would probably put a slightly lighter hammer spring in it, as Beretta does with their D models. |
