Welcome, Goodkat!
Killdogg, there is a guy at CZF who makes just CZ 82 rigs, might have to ask him what he can build. Clifford, I have never slugged my bores, but i size my cast at .356, and they shoot great. I like no shipping cost, too.

are they that good?
You guys seem to love your pistols more than most "gun nuts".
My LGS ordered a "SP-01 shadow custom" just so I can look at it and fondle it. I told him I've never even seen a CZ pistol. He told me, "don't worry, if you don't buy it I know I can sell it." I asked him, are these pistols as nice as I've heard? He said, "oh yeah, make sure you bring your money, you'll be taking it home"...lol. We shall see. Hopefully he'll have it in Friday. |

Bring your money. It will be love at first sight. If you don't when you go back to buy it the spot will be empty. Yes, they are that good especially when you consider the cost. I still say you get the most for the least.

Sauer here is a customer made CZ advertisement. I think it pretty much spells it out.
![]() I was a doubter until I fondled an 82. I thought, "wow this is really nice for an old mil surp." Then I started doubting again. I thought it had to be a fluke. Then I held a P-07 and it all just fell in to place. After shooting it I was hooked. Doubt everything we say. Believe we are all liars. That is the best way to go in to your first CZ experience.

I just grabbed it off of CZ's site. Is that your pic Armored? My closest gun store use to have it on their website under the "products" tab.

Yep, that's my sainted mother's silver platter, (only use it for gun pictures), and my CZ P-01.
Seen here as a demo of what ATFE should look like... ![]() ...and my P-01 with Crimson Trace labels showing - I put those on for photos, intending on removing them afterwards - that glue is strong! ![]() I don't mind, it's OK.

armored man - A can of Unique would have better continuity for that pic
Trip 7 doesnt work well in handguns that load from a magazine Granted, unique may not be an actual explosive where BP is.

And BTW that gun on the silver platter is a PCR not a P-01. Drinking from the flask again, huh?

The pic was to show off the platter, the 777, (all I had at the time I took the pic, IIRC), was for a black powder revolver I never used, (gun, powder, cap and ball all went bye bye), the flask was a one of a kind that was given away during one of CZ Forums' Christmas giveaways. It was empty at the time, sorry. The second pic was to show the P-01 with its fused warning labels.
Yes, that's a PCR with Haken Pek Birdseye Ambiona grips. Get one.

I carry that PO-1 in a nice holster by Eric as my winter CCW. Great setup.

Well, thanks for accepting me into the CZ club. I am very happy with my Witness, and it may be a clone, but cloned after one of the most popular handguns I know of. Isnt the 75 a HP clone?
