Question about HB89?

First off, big thanks to GCO, Rep. Tim Bearden, Gov. Purdue and everyone who called him. Since he signed it, is it law now? Or do we have to wait till June or July?

Nevermind. I found the answer on another thread. We have to wait until July 1.

But another question? What exactly does this allow? I can't find a good link to the actual verbage of the law that was signed. Can we carry on WMA's now? What about rest stops (public building)?
