Pistols:

.45ACP
.380

Shotguns:

12ga

I have multiple guns, and intend to buy more, but I do not intend to add any more rifle calibers. The only handgun caliber I will add is .44 magnum/special soon. I intend to buy both revolvers and lever guns in .44.

The only caliber I could see eliminating some day is .270, but it is the main game-getter.

.22LR
9mm Luger
5.56x45mm
7.62x39mm
12 Gauge

I decided to only buy firearms that are chambered in common calibers after going through my milsurp addiction (with the exception of the 7mm Mauser). The only other caliber I'm planning on adding soon is .30-30Win.

I keep my calibers to a minimum. At present I have firearms which use the following:

22LR
22WMR
223
270
38spl
357 mag
40 S&W
41 mag
480 Ruger
12 ga

I want to add some more centerfire rifles including my old favorite, a 243 win which I sold and a 5mm when new rifles are offered. A part of me wants at least one 375 H&H.

I own three: .22LR, .30-06, and 12 gauge. I'm working on getting more, but as of right now I pretty much have everything I need. Everything else is want.

That's off the top of my head so I might have overlooked one or two. I'm not so much a collector really, as just someone who truly loves guns and shooting. Sometimes a particular gun/cartridge combo just appeals to me. If I can afford it, I buy it and reloading gear for it.

Wow, after reading these I feel like I have a lot of catching up to do! And this is just because...

Not sure why but I just like hunting rifles. All but the 7.62 are hunting rifles/shotguns along with a couple of pistols.

Just for the fun of it:

Handgun:
.40S&W
357 SIG
Note: two different barrels for the same gun.

Rifle:
7.62x54R
7.5x55 Swiss
7.92x57 (8 mm Mauser)

Pretty modest by this thread's standards.
