Great looking old Ka-bar pocket knife. You have a great wife to even think of things like that.

My DeLeon Custom Combat Knife - with my Kimber .45

Knife is double edged - has a skull cracker on the hilt & a double hilt.

It's a fine knife - the guns not bad either.

Stephan Fowler knocked him sef out on my 13" Dagger ! Forged differentially hardened W-4 with a crazy double Hamon. The fittings are his damascus iron and the seamless handle stabilized Amboyna burl. I carry this knife in my sash at Celtic festivals- in California!

I also have a large Mad Dog knife armory, which with the exception of the Saxon Sword #1, I use for their varios purposes. Here are a few

Some assorted knives...

My small bayonet collection...

A set of Ontarios...

Not exactly knives, but they keep me in practice...

Just for fun...

And my Takeshi Saji. I figure it's Asian and Texan all rolled into one, kind of like me

I suspect that my EDC is smaller than most, but it serves me just fine. Spyderco Ladybug3 Salt, 4 3/8" long when open with a blade just under 2" long, Spyder edge. The lanyard is so I can find it in my pocket more easily!

I keep looking at the ladybug, it's so hot here right now I can feel the weight of everything I'm carrying. The Native is even weighing me down right now.

Still haven't cleaned the waterspots of my lens from being caught in the rain last week , but I did snap a few quick shots to show off my new John Lloyd slipjoint.

I told John I love the Remington Baby Bullet Trapper , but didn't care for a two blade knife , and asked if he would do something similar but with a single blade ( essentially leaving off the spey blade ) , this is what arrived today. It blew me away as soon as I opened the package.

Can't say I would change anything on this knife , and it slipped into my pocket like it belongs there , which is good , cause it is going to get used.
Blade steel is one of my favorites : 52100 !

The Remington and the Lloyd

I really like that braided leather lanyard on that Remington! Makes me wish my Buck 110 had a lanyard hole.

Lanyard was made by a guy who goes by the name fuzzyedge on the various knife forums , it also has a brown micarta fob ( made my him as well ).
Allow the knife to ride low in the pocket , with the bead tucked in the coin pocket.

Riot to the rescue! Nice looking blade, saw it in your other thread, I really like the look without the black finish.

Realized my image above did not do my new John Lloyd Slipjoint any justice...another attempt.

These are the knives given to me by 3 sons for the last 3 Fathers days.
Top Down:
Lone Wolf Loveless City Knife
Remington Baby Bullet Trapper (made in 1990)
Boker Gents Lockback

Indeed my tastes have changed of the years , from carrying large framelock folders to mostly slipjoints & fixed blades ( though a Strider PT does live in my Mission Wallet:

Top down -left side
Lone Wolf Loveless City Knife
Boker Gents Lockback
Remington Baby Bullet Trapper (made in 1990)
John Lloyd custom

Right side:
Queen Cutlery Mtn Man
Remington Slip Joint (R8)
Case Sodbuster Jr (CV)
Boker Doctors Knife?
Case baby Butterbean (2000)
Al Mar Knives 1001BP Osprey ( Black Pearl )
