Advanced SHTF / Bug Out Pack & Gear setup! *NEW*

NEW FOR 2012!!! Which are the "best", most critical items needed in the event of a natural disaster, urban calamity/unrest, zombie apocolypse, etc? We at deltaoutdoorsman.com have put together a collection of setups in a backpack that can help you "survive" a 72hr. scenario where major & civic services are disrupted and where you could possibility be fending for yourself until aid arrives. This is not a complete setup in the sense that what is included here is all you need. Far from it, I think the general consensus is that each "Bug Out Bag" should be customized by each owner based on their geographic location, most likely situation, etc. This pack & included gear covers your basic necessities of light, shelter, fire starting ability, first aid, and water purification AND uses a larger pack that makes carrying added gear more comfortable than what is possible from the Condor Compact Assault pack setups. From there, you can add what you consider other necessities.

Again, we started putting together this kit together in late 2011 by researching the perfect pack to act as the host. The Fox Tactical Hydro Assault Pack has been chosen as the host for the gear for the following reasons:

––segmented layout with numerous "molle" webbing points for you to add accessories, pouches, etc.;
––nearly double the carrying capacity as the Condor Compact Assault pack;
––durable zippers & material that should resist well the hazards of being thrown in & out of vehicles, bounced around in on an ATV, and water resistant in damp weather (note: NOT water proof, you'll need to cover it in a downpour);
––waist belt is fully adjustable and uses integrated side pads, which adds in comfort & stability when carrying larger loads;
––the survival & first aid items as part of this kit fit are easily accomodated within the FOUR external, removable pouches, leaving the main cargo section completely unused for you to add your personal and/or family's gear;
––dedicated internal hydration pouch, which is lined for easy clean up & protection of your gear in the event of spillage;

Here is what is included for "Advanced Bug Out Bag" setup:

––1: Fox Tactical Advanced Hydro Assault pack in Tan/Coyote OR OD;
––1: Aquamira Frontier Emergency Water Filter System;
––2: Emergency Ponchos (in OD Green);
––1: 2.5 Liter Hydration Bladder;
––3: Emergency Glow Sticks, green;
––1: Tactical Trauma Kit, with QuikClot agent;

This pack & gear setup is fairly thorough and addresses the vast majority of needs in a "bug out" scenario. Again, we do recommend that you customize your pack based on your specific geographic region and perceived needs.

Price is $179.00 SHIPPED to your door within the lower 48 states (AK & HI customersadd $12.00 for shipping). We've received numerous bulk order requests for this setup so please get in touch if you want multiple packs & we can give you a custom price. Both the OD and Coyote color options are currently available for the pack, but inventory is below 5 for the Coyote option.

Thanks & just ask if you have questions. Here's a direct LINK to the deltaoutdoorsman.com website for checkout.

Thanks

That is GREAT advice! Couldn't agree more.

We're working on adding an AR replacement lower parts kit to our catalog. It should be added within the next couple of weeks...
