Sig Mosquito Threaded Barrel Help

I recently bought a brand new Sig Mosquito with the threaded barrel. I ordered a Tactical Innovations barrel adapter to transition from the metric thread of the barrel to the 1/2 x 28 needed for my SilencerCo Sparrow suppressor. When the adapter arrived, It doesnt fit. Its too small for the diameter of the barrel. It was marked in the package "Walther P22", and then had a sticker on the outside of the package that was marked Sig Mosquito. Ok... No problem, I have a Walther/Colt 1911-22 that I can use this adapter on. I looked around and found that SilencerCo makes an adapter for the Mosquito. Since they made my Suppressor, They should know how to make the adapter. I ordered it, and its the same thing. It doesnt fit, its too small, and is the same exact design as the Tactical Innovations adapter. Its the Walther style. Did Sig recently change the barrel design of the threaded Mosquito? Here is a picture of my barrel end with the thread protector removed. It has a distinct shoulder, where the Walther style has a barrel sleeve that the adapter slips under, and into. Anyone have an older threaded Mosquito, and can take a look, and see if it looks like mine? Thanks.

I have an older Mosquito, but it predates the threaded models. I know that Gemtech makes a nice thread adapter for them. I bought the complete Gemtech replacement barrel

Mistakes happen. I got a quick detach mount that was 1/2x36 in a package labeled 1/2x28, which is what I'd ordered. Any reputable supplier will exchange it as long as you don't booger it up trying to "make it fit".
